Summary:
We are looking for a Human Resources Officer to join our team and support the day-to-day activities of our HR department. The HR Officer will be responsible for tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration.
Job Responsibility:
– Assist in recruitment processes including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
– Conduct onboarding and orientation sessions for new hires
– Handle employee inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
– Maintain employee records and ensure all HR databases are up to date
– Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures
– Coordinate employee training and development programs
– Support performance management processes
– Assist in payroll and benefits administration
Candidate Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
– Proven work experience as an HR Officer, HR Assistant, or similar role
– Knowledge of HR functions and best practices
– Familiarity with HR software and systems
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong organizational and time management abilities
– Attention to detail and confidentiality
– Ability to work well in a team and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

– Manage employee relations by addressing questions, concerns, and concerns related to HR policies and procedures.
– Support in performance management processes by monitoring employee performance and providing feedback to managers.
– Assist in training and development initiatives by coordinating training programs and tracking employee training progress.
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
– Support in HR compliance efforts by ensuring adherence to labor laws and regulations in Saudi Arabia.
Candidate Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
– Proven experience working in HR roles, with a focus on Saudi Talent management.
– In-depth knowledge of Saudi labor laws and regulations.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software.
– Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
