Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Hosts/Hostesses to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidates will be responsible for providing a warm welcome and exceptional service to guests visiting our hotel’s restaurant or dining areas.

Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their tables.
Manage restaurant seating and reservations efficiently, ensuring smooth service flow.
Present menus, describe menu items, and make recommendations to guests.
Take guest orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen staff promptly.
Ensure tables are set up correctly and that all items such as silverware and glasses are clean and in place.
Monitor dining areas for cleanliness and ambiance, ensuring they meet hotel standards.
Assist with clearing and resetting tables between guests.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally and promptly.
Collaborate with kitchen and waitstaff to ensure guest satisfaction and efficient service.
Maintain a positive attitude and provide a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
Requirements:

Previous experience as a Host/Hostess or in a similar role in the hospitality industry is preferred.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks calmly and efficiently.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Fluent in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality training or certification is a plus.
