Guest Relation Officer Full Time

We are seeking a well-presented and customer-focused Guest Relation Officer to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will ensure guests receive a warm welcome and have a pleasant and memorable experience throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist guests upon arrival and departure
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally
Ensure guest satisfaction and resolve issues promptly
