Ground Staff Full Time NEW

A hardworking and customer-oriented Ground Staff is needed to support airport or transport operations. The ideal candidate should be energetic, well-presented, and able to handle passenger assistance and ground handling tasks efficiently. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities:
Assist passengers during check-in, boarding, and arrival
Handle baggage support and basic loading/unloading coordination
Provide information and guidance to passengers
Coordinate with airline/operations teams for smooth workflow
Ensure safety and service standards are followed
Support ground operations and customer service tasks
Report issues to supervisors when required

Requirements:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Physically fit and active
Customer service-oriented attitude
Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
Basic English knowledge required
Previous airport or hospitality experience is an advantage
