We are seeking a creative, organized, and detail-oriented Event Planner to design, coordinate, and execute high-quality events. The ideal candidate should have strong planning skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, and manage events from concept to completion
Coordinate with clients to understand event requirements and expectations
Liaise with vendors, venues, and service providers
Develop event timelines, budgets, and schedules
Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown
Ensure smooth coordination of logistics, staff, and resources
Handle last-minute changes and resolve issues efficiently
Monitor event quality and ensure client satisfaction
Maintain records, reports, and post-event feedback
