Duty Manager Full Time

A professional and experienced Duty Manager is required to oversee daily hotel operations and ensure excellent guest service standards. The selected candidate will supervise staff, handle guest concerns, and support smooth operational performance across departments.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily hotel operations and staff activities
Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally
Coordinate with housekeeping, reception, and other departments
Monitor operational standards, safety, and cleanliness
Prepare reports and update management on daily operations
Support staff scheduling and operational planning
