We are looking for a skilled Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. The Chef de Partie will be responsible for overseeing a specific section of the kitchen, preparing high-quality dishes, and ensuring smooth operations during service.

Job Responsibility:
– Prepare and cook dishes according to the menu and quality standards
– Assist in creating new recipes and menu items
– Supervise and train junior chefs and kitchen staff

Candidate Requirements:
– Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a high-volume kitchen

– Excellent communication and leadership skills
– Attention to detail and creativity in food presentation
– Certification in food safety and sanitation regulations
