Camp Boss Full Time

A responsible and organized Camp Boss is required to oversee daily camp operations and ensure proper accommodation management for staff and workers. The selected candidate will supervise camp facilities, coordinate maintenance and housekeeping activities, and maintain a safe and comfortable living environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily camp operations and accommodation activities
Manage housekeeping, cleanliness, and maintenance within the camp
Monitor staff attendance and accommodation records
Coordinate food services, transportation, and facility requirements
Ensure health, safety, and hygiene standards are maintained
Handle worker concerns and maintain discipline within the camp
Prepare reports and coordinate with management when required
