Concierge Full Time

A professional and customer-focused Concierge is required to provide exceptional guest services and ensure a smooth and comfortable experience for hotel or residential guests. The selected candidate will assist with guest requests, provide local information, and coordinate services efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist guests in a professional manner
Provide information about local attractions, transport, and services
Handle guest requests, bookings, and special arrangements
Coordinate with hotel departments for guest requirements
Assist with transportation, reservations, and tour arrangements
Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction at all times
Maintain a neat and organized front desk/concierge area
