A reliable and organized Dispatch Assistant is required to support warehouse and logistics operations by preparing, organizing, and dispatching goods accurately and on time. The selected candidate will ensure smooth coordination between warehouse, drivers, and delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and organize goods for dispatch and delivery
Check items against delivery orders for accuracy
Label and pack shipments properly
Coordinate with drivers and warehouse staff
Maintain dispatch records and shipment logs
Assist in loading and unloading goods
Ensure timely dispatch of all outgoing orders
