A well-organized and detail-oriented Sales Admin is required to support the sales team with administrative and coordination tasks. The selected candidate will assist in preparing sales documents, maintaining records, handling customer communications, and ensuring smooth daily sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales-related documents
Maintain customer records and sales databases
Coordinate with sales staff and clients regarding orders and inquiries
Handle emails, calls, and administrative support tasks
Track sales orders and follow up on deliveries when required
Prepare reports and assist with sales documentation
Ensure smooth communication between departments and clients
