Reporting Line: National Key Account Manager
Duty Post: Seoul, South Korea
Join JTI Korea as a Key Account Specialist! For a 12-month period, you will play a key role in supporting the management of partnerships within the Convenience Store (CVS) channel. In this role, you’ll assist the Key Account Manager in executing account strategies, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations that strengthen JTI’s presence in modern trade.
What You’ll Do:
Support key account operations: Assist the Key Account Manager in managing small-to-mid size CVS clients, including coordination on trading terms, new product launches follow-up, and issue resolution.
Execute account plans: Help implement promotions, training schedules, and execution timelines to ensure alignment with business priorities.
Coordinate cross-functional efforts: Work closely with internal teams such as Sales, Finance, Operations, and Marketing to support field operations and drive seamless execution.
Analyze and report: Collect and organize market and customer insights, monitor performance, and assist in account analysis and reporting to identify growth opportunities.
Ensure compliance: Support alignment with internal compliance policies and documentation requirements across assigned accounts.
What We’re Looking For:
University degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in FMCG, preferably in Key Account Management, Sales, or Marketing.
Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
Familiarity with CVS operations is a strong advantage.
Fluent in Korean; proficient in English (written and spoken).
Organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
