Summary:
We are seeking an Assistant Sales Manager to support the Sales Manager in achieving sales targets and managing the sales team effectively. The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring the overall success of the sales department.

Job Responsibility:
1. Assist the Sales Manager in developing sales strategies and setting targets.
2. Monitor the performance of the sales team and provide guidance and coaching.
3. Act as a point of contact between the sales team and the management.
4. Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
5. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues to maintain customer satisfaction.
6. Prepare sales reports and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement.
7. Participate in sales meetings, conferences, and events as required.

Candidate Requirements:
1. Proven experience in sales or a similar role.
2. Strong leadership and communication skills.
3. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
4. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
5. Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
6. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
