Hotel Supervisor Full Time
We are currently seeking an experienced and professional Hotel Supervisor to oversee daily hotel operations and ensure excellent guest service. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, hospitality experience, and the ability to manage staff efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily hotel operations and front-line staff
• Ensure high standards of guest service and satisfaction
• Coordinate with housekeeping, reception, and F&B departments
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly
• Monitor staff performance and shift schedules
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies and standards
