Reservation Agent Full Time
We are currently seeking a professional and customer-focused Reservation Agent to join our team and handle booking operations efficiently. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage reservations accurately while providing outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle incoming reservation requests via phone, email, and online systems
• Manage and confirm bookings for clients promptly

• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
• Handle cancellations, modifications, and special requests professionally
