Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of nursing staff
• Ensure proper patient care standards and hospital protocols are followed
• Monitor staff performance and provide guidance and support
• Coordinate with doctors and hospital administration teams
• Manage shift scheduling and staff allocation
• Maintain patient care records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
